What will happen in the first session:

The initial session is a time for us to get to know each other as you begin to share your story. Our relationship will become the foundation for working together. Through our connection, we can establish goals in a safe and comfortable environment.

What’s included?

• Treatment plan with goals which can be updated as needed
• Collaboration with outside professionals (teachers, psychiatrists, doctors, etc.) *At your request only.
• Referral information for additional services (psychiatrists, medical professionals, etc.) when applicable.
• Resource lists and handouts appropriate to your goals.

Fees for Individual and Family

Sessions: 55 min. – $200 per Individual and $250 for Family Please note that a 24 hour advance cancellation of scheduled appointments is required in order to avoid being billed for the full session amount.

Do you take insurance?

I currently accept Aetna and Cigna Insurances through Alma. Since coverage varies widely from policy to policy, there is no guarantee that my services will be reimbursed in full or in partial by your insurance company. If your
insurance is not covered, I am more than happy to provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Payment:

Cash or Credit Card is accepted for payment at the time of service.

Missed appointments & cancellation policy:

It is important that you regularly attend your scheduled appointments. When there are missed sessions, it may cause a lapse in our work which could result in delayed progress. Please understand that your appointment time is reserved for you and our work together. For these reasons, a 24 hour notice for cancelled appointments is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee for less than 24 hours notice is the full cost of the session.
